Compact Loader

The Compact Loader is designed to fit into the Twigg product range between the renowned Universal Loader and Mortuary Trolley range.

The Compact Loader offers a solution to customers who have a limited amount of space in their Mortuary in which to operate. It has the practicality of a 3 tier a scissor lift trolley but the usability of the ubiquitous Universal Loader. It provides solutions for satellite branches where sometimes the member of staff must conduct all the tasks involved at the branch.

The compact loader can service a 3-tier rack, act as a viewing trolley in the Chapel of Rest as well as being able to load and unload your Hearse or Private Ambulance. This loader is powered by a 12v Electric hydraulic unit with foot pedal operation to reduce cross contamination. The foot pedal stows neatly away which is particularly important in the Chapel environment. When fitted with the pelmet framework the Compact Loader is essentially a larger Universal Loader allowing a Twigg made velvet pelmet to hide the framework. The fitment of the pelmet framework is undertaken at point of manufacture.

When the top bed drops away from underneath the Coffin in the same way it does on the Universal Loader, it provides for a safe and secure means of viewing or transporting a Coffin from room to room.

There are two variants now on offer have safe working loads of 320kgs (50 Stone) and 450kgs (70 Stone). Weighing Scales can be fitted as a cost option.
