Home / Design & Fabrication
A R Twigg & Son have been well known to manufacture ‘niche bespoke products’ for the Funeral and Crematoria Industries. As far back as when Twiggs started in 1956, we’ve fabricated numerous bespoke products all to suit our Customer’s requirements.
Unlike the competition, we don’t mass produce the same old trolleys. Everyone’s requirements are different. What makes us unique is we will listen, suggest solutions and look to manufacture a product that is fit for our Customer’s purpose. Thinking outside the box is what Twiggs is all about. Challenges can be overcome, the art of which is in the detail and the final product.
Every piece of Twigg equipment is made lovingly by hand and this includes our trays. The Covid pandemic created a surge of inferior equipment being injected into our Industry by other Companies. Throughout COVID Twiggs never cut corners to mass produce equipment like others did.
"Listening to our Customer’s challenge, is the key to the success of our final product."
We are proud of our heritage and our name is synonymous with quality. This is something we were not prepared to change, and we stand behind every product that leaves our factory. Testament to the quality of Twigg products, is the fact a huge number of them are still in use today.
If you have a project that is a little bit ‘different’ or you want something manufactured to overcome a problem that you have then please do call us. The chances are you might not be the only business to have this issue and we may have made something over the past 60 years to overcome this!
We don’t just fabricate items for the Funeral, Mortuary and Crematoria sectors. We’ve been known to fabricate roof racks for Swamper Camper Vans with integrated swings, even racking for canoes so anything is possible! Look at some of the projects below where we’ve helped Customer’s overcome problems they were facing. We will be sure to add more projects as time passes by so do pop back and have a look from time to time.
